Your engagement is one of the most exciting times of your life. You have better things to do than stress over ceremony details. We'll start by discussing all your ideas (how do you envision your wedding), then a ceremony with a variety of options for you to consider. Rev. Carleen will interview you and use various methods to get to know your personality and backstory. When all the important details are decided, Rev. Carleen will put together a ceremony. You will be sent the final draft and have an opportunity to make sure that you are comfortable with every word said.
Your ceremony is the heart and soul of your big day, the very reason for the celebration, and will likely be the most personal of the wedding day. So choosing an officiant is far more important than most couples realize. Many, especially those who do not have a "home church" to worship at, plan in advance for everything but the wedding minister! The only things required to get married are a license, two witnesses and a minister or judge! Many have their own pastor. However, if you need an independent officiant; one who will provide you with a wedding ceremony that celebrates your beliefs, look no further. All the important elements will remain: love, trust, respect, fidelity, honesty and family; without it being legalistic, long, and/or boring!
Your ceremony can be as traditional as you want, or I have no problem adding non-traditional elements. From the most basic, to the ceremony loaded with elements; all receive the care, commitment, and respect they deserve. I would be honored to create and perform your tailor-made, unique ceremony.
